Jo Lunn is a registered tutor with the European College of Bowen Studies. Their course and payment terms and conditions will be sent to you on request (use our contact form) and appear on your cart screen. You will have to chekc the checkbox on the cart screen to confirm you agree with the terms and conditions before 'checkout'

Pre-registration of a course via this website does not consistitute confirmation of a place on that course, it is recording an indication of your interest.
Jo Lunn will contact you to discuss the course(s) you have expressed an interest in and will then confirm places available, full cost and payment terms.
No payment will be taken by this website. Once a place is confirmed by Jo Lunn, you will receive an email detailing how to make payment.
Please keep the log in details you have set up secret, you will be considered responsible for information requests and course pre-registration performed with their use. Although the website can automatically send a reminder of your details, neither Jo Lunn or the web admin have direct access to them.

This website will not ask for any payment details or credit card details or store these things on online servers.
Jo Lunn and the European College of Bowen Studies may use your details to contact you to inform you of courses that may be of interest. By registering as a site member you are agreeing to this use.
We will endeavour to store your details safely, allow you sight of the details we hold, and amend your details when asked to do so by you in writing or by email. We will also remove your details from any mailing lists and server databases when asked to do so by you in writing or by email. At present it is not possible to offer direct access to changing your own details online but this feature may be added at a later date.

Accessibility
This site has been designed with accessibility in mind with reference to the Disability Discrimination Act (changes enforced since Oct 2004) in the UK and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3) worldwide. W3 have published a very good introduction to accessibility and websites.
Development of the site has taken into consideration the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and as well as the WCAG1.0.
Baseline requirement is considered to be HTML 4.01, CSS, jpg, gif, png. Cookies are required for the student (logged in) area of the site but if it is not feasible to use cookies, it is still possible search for courses and to prebook a course using the feedback form on the contact page.
The designers believe that this whole site (www.bowentechniquetraining.co.uk) achieves double-A conformance of the WCAG1.0.
Due to clashes with other applications including assistive technologies, only one access key is used on this site. '2' will skip from the start of the page to the main content. This is also included in the main tab sequence immediately before the 'home' (first) link on the main menu.
